Eligibility & Registration

Your spot is considered confirmed only after full payment (unless attending via a free/complimentary ticket which will be confirmed by VibeHub Social only). VibeHub Social reserves the right to accept or deny participation based on internal screening.

Free Ticket Policy

Participants who win or receive a free ticket must confirm attendance. In case of inability to attend, the participant must notify the VibeHub Social team at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice may lose eligibility for future complimentary entries or offers.

Bookings and payments

Please provide accurate details and review the price, inclusions, eligibility requirements and other information shown before confirming a booking. A booking is subject to availability and is confirmed only when the website displays or sends a confirmation. Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider under its own terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

Paid tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Ticket transfers are not allowed in any situation. Free/Complimentary tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Contact VibeHub Social through this website if you need help with a booking.

Event Conduct

Respect towards all participants, hosts, and venue staff is expected at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from future events.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website is owned by or licensed to VibeHub Social. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with evaluating or booking the offered experiences.

Media & Photography Consent

By attending the event, you consent to photography or videography that will be used for VibeHub Social’s digital and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our team in writing before the event begins.

Responsibility

VibeHub Social will provide the website and its offerings with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, neither VibeHub Social nor its technology providers are responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
